So I´ve been running around Innsbruck the last few days doing grown up stuff. Getting a lot of appartement stuff out of the way, signing papers, choosing tiles, floors & stuff. Been horrible at brining that on the blog, but on the otherhand that isn´t very “life in the fast lane” stuff, so it really dosen´t belong here + I´d like to keep some things off my website
But I´ve also been working out pretty good, I can step by step increase the level & intensity of the workouts.

Took my bike up to Patsch the other day, I wasn´t really flying like Pantani up there, but thats never going to happen anyway!
But I can start pedaling with quite some force now (not ready to stand up & attack yet though).

After coming up to Patsch my calves were pretty tired/soar, nut sure what it was, but I didn´t really feel good. So I turned around & when home. Since I´m doing most of my rehab by my self I guess I don´t have anyone hold me back & to tell me that I should slow down ! As long as it feels as good as it does now, I´m going to keep push hard get the most out this summer!
Now I´m going to throw some meat on my new Landman Grill Meister & get that protein into my leg

Any plans for a side trip to Munchen for the hifi show this weekend?
I could see a pair of these in the new place:

Hi Hans,
I haven’t raced for a couple of years, but I am returning to FIS racing in the New Zealand ski season with a focus on SG. What sort of pre-season fitness regime would you recommend for SG?
